"Corazon" is a summer jam that deserves a listen.  Give it a try!!  Starting off with a pop style then comes the club beats at the half way mark (love that part!!!), next a retro 90's New Jack Swing beat, before ending with a slow jam outro.    Jessica and Janelle Martinez are two Latina cousins from California who at the age of nineteen were releasing their debut single, "Rock Star" for the Bratz movie soundtrack.   They had a Disney hit song and only released one CD.    Off the basis of this song, I'm surprised they didn't get a second CD.   

 

"NOBODY WANTS TO BE LONELY"   RICKY MARTIN with CHRISTINA AGUILERA

Has Christina ever looked sexier than this video?    Her blue eyes, the long blonde hair, and her abs, smoking hot!   I'm sure the ladies (or some guys) are loving Ricky Martin's chiseled looks.   This song is a great blending of their powerful voices into a hot duet.  Listen to Christina's note at 3:50 (so beautiful!)   The special effect of morphing their bodies going through each other at 2:53, cool video trick!

"TORERO"    CHAYANNE

Such a fun video!   Well, that is one creative way to get a girl's attention!  Set up a flash mob dance routine, drive up on your motorcycle and become a bullfighter (or should I say a carfighter?) to her car in the street.  After she's impressed (or stunned??), proceed to romantically kiss the girl and drive away with her!    Chayanne has been around a long time, another great Puerto Rican artist and an entertaining summer video.

"A TI"   RICARDO ARJONA and EROS RAMAZZOTTI

Ricardo's song "A Ti" adds the Italian superstar, Eros Ramazzotti, to a new mix of his mega popular Latin ballad.  The song was originally on his Adentro CD but he did a compilation disc called Quien Dijo Ayer where he recorded some new versions of his favorites.   The new version has a little more power and Eros' voice works well next to Ricardo's.
